Community Residences

Our Residences provide individuals with a safe and comfortable environment. All our houses are fully-staffed and we offer a continuum of support services – from providing care to people with profound disabilities to supporting individuals capable of living independently and are relatively self-sufficient. Currently, The Price Center owns 6 homes in Newton and Brookline. Our staff also provide support to individuals who live in apartments independently.

The Price Center, in partnership with Newton Housing Authority, provides case management support to adults living independently in apartments.
