As part of Stress to Strong, we’re thrilled to share a Stretching & Strengthening class for you!
On her journey to completing her yoga instructor certification, Melissa has completed over 200 hours of yoga. Now she is here to provide The Price Center staff with some Stretching & Strengthening to help you relax and be in touch with your body!
Join our very own Melissa Hamilton, Specialized Supports Program Manager, in these weekly videos where she will help you flow through simple and easy to follow sequences that will help stretch out your body while regulating your breath.

The Price Center has begun a Stress to Strong program that will include a variety of resources, tools and information to help staff stay strong during this stressful time.
