Here are the final details to ensure your evening is enjoyable and seamless.

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, May 11, 2024

Location: Symphony Hall, 301 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, MA

Entrance: Please enter through 251 Huntington Ave for direct access to registration and the reception

Registration: Begins at 5:00 PM – Higgins Hall

Dinner: Served at 5:30 PM (Menu)

Program: Starts at 6:40 PM

Concert: Harry Connick, Jr. takes the stage at 7:30 PM

 

Ticket Pick-Up:

Before the Event: Pick up your tickets at The Price Center until 2 PM on Friday, May 10th.

At the Event: Tickets can be picked up at the registration table starting at 5 PM. After 6:30 PM, please go to the BSO Will Call window.

 

Transportation:

Bus Departure: Complimentary bus service will leave from 27 Christina Street at 4:15 PM sharp. If you have not already done so, please respond to this email confirming bus transportation.

Parking Information:

If you are driving to the event, here are nearby parking garage options for your convenience:

Westland Avenue Garage: 35 Westland Ave, approximately 10-minute walk to Symphony Hall.

Gainsborough Garage: 10 Gainsborough St, approximately 7-minute walk.

Christian Science Plaza Garage: 235 Huntington Ave, just a 5-minute walk from the event entrance.
